  • Foreign trade contract or other document confirming a foreign trade transaction/li>
  • Transaction certificate if the total amount of the contract exceeds $50,000/li>
  • Contract/delivery Specification/li>
  • Invoice + invoice translation/li>
  • Packing list + Packing list translation/li>
  • Price list/li>
  • Export declaration/li>
  • Documents confirming payment/prepayment of the goods (payment order and bank statement), in case such documents are specified by the foreign trade contract/li>
  • Shipping contract + transportation bill with separate amounts for the delivery to and after the border/li>
  • Shipping documents (CMR, TIR, bill of lading, air waybill, railway bill of lading)/li>
  • Power of Attorney, order of appointment, employment agreement, and passport of a person who will sign the declaration/li>
  • Compliance certificates and declarations and other permitting documents/li>
  • Technical description with product characteristics/li>
  • Certificate of origin of A or ST-1 forms, if the goods are subject to any customs duties deductions (preferences)./li>
  • Customs payment documents (confirming payment to the customs accounts of advance (fee, VAT) duties and charges)/li>

Documents for the primary submission filing of cargo declaration and registration of the foreign economic activities participant at the customs post

  • Certificate of registration (assignment of the OGRN code)
  • Certificate of incorporation of a legal entity in a tax authority (INN / KPP)
  • Certificate from the State Statistics Committee (assignment of the OKPO and OKVED codes)
  • The primary protocol of the meeting of founding parties or the Decision of establishing and appointing the Chief Executive Officer of a legal entity
  • Company Charter
  • Foundation agreement
  • State register extract
  • Orders of appointment of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accountant
  • Copies of passports of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Accountant
  • Account opening confirmation from the bank, valid for no more than 1 month
  • Commercial property lease agreement at the legal address
