Declaration of conformity to CU TR.
Declaration of conformity is a mandatory document for the goods included into Technical Regulation of the Customs Union. All the declarations of conformity that we issue are subject to mandatory registration in the Register of the Russian Federal Service for Accreditation and are official documents confirming the product safety. Therefore, after obtaining the declaration, products can be imported and sold throughout the territory of the Customs Union.
Certificate of conformity to CU TR
The Certificate of conformity of the Customs Union (CU) is a document confirming the goods quality and safety, as well as their compliance with requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union. Unlike the Declaration of conformity, where all responsibility is laid upon a Russian legal entity that holds the document, more rigid requirements are imposed on the Certificates of conformity: Certificates are to be printed on numbered accountable forms, joint responsibility of the accredited Authority that issued the certificate, mandatory registration in the Register of the Russian Federal Service for Accreditation.
Certificate of registration.
The registration certificate is an official document that confirms that the goods that have undergone the state registration process fully comply with all the sanitary and hygienic standards of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.
Certificate of origin.
Our company will help you to obtain the Certificate of origin for the goods, which confirms the country of the goods origin. It enables the importing party to determine the import duty rates, possibility of importing or exporting goods without paying customs duties, and to exempt the imported goods from additional taxes. There are three main types of Certificate of origin:
- Certificate of origin ST 1 is issued for the goods exported from the Russian Federation to the CIS countries.
- Certificate of origin in the form A is issued for the goods that are subject to tariff preferences defined by international agreements, in which the Russian Federation, the European Union countries, the USA, Canada, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries participate.
- Certificate of origin of the general form is issued to all other countries, when no other types of certificate of origin can be issued.
Fire safety certificate and declaration.
Fire safety certificates and declarations confirm compliance with the imported goods to the fire safety standards.
Certificate of vehicle structural safety.
This document confirms that the selected vehicle fully complies with all the requirements and enables it to move along the public-access roads.
Federal Service for Technical and Export Control Certificate
Usually, this certificate is required for export customs formalities and confirms that the exported goods don’t belong to dual-use and military items.
